Weight loss question.. Appreciate all responses?
ByI hate having to ask this question considering this is something I at one point had mastered. I am a really big guy and always have been; big arms, shoulders, legs, the whole package loaded with definition. I however do have a decent sized gut I really don’t appreciate. (imagine an nfl lineman build) I decided this summer I’d get it all off.. I started off at 280, and got down to 270 in less than a week with no more than a change in diet. (obviously a lot of excess water weight) It’s been about a week and a half since and I have noticed no further change. I added a lot of cardio once I hit 270 so thats not the problem. I guess my question is did I peak? I still have about 20-30 lbs to lose before I am completely fit. I just don’t understand it. I eat about as much as an average human being would.. (Should I eat even less?) Is my body still adjusting to the change? As an ex All-American heavy weight wrestler, I am stumped :/… I once again appreciate any help
PS, any inputs on fat burners? Effective?
Take all sugar out of your diet as your body burns it before it burns any stored fat. Also, limit carbohydrates as our bodies convert them to sugar. Eat plenty of vegetables and high quality protein, plus exercise daily. A 30 minute fast walk a day is the minimum you should get. Our bodies have to burn 3500 calories in order to lose 1 pound.

Firstly don’t bother with "magic" pills or creams or anything that claim to make you drop pounds. They don’t. So I’m afraid the real answer is the most simple, cut down on food and exercise more. I’m guessing you’re already in good shape, exercising enough so in order to lose more weight you’ll have to focus on your diet. You say you eat like anyone else would, but do you do so in a negative way?
The simple matter is that if you cut your calorie intake, add more fruit and veg, more water, more wholemeal carbs into your diet this will benefit you in many ways, not just with weight loss. Then I’m afraid something has to go, so maybe you snack alot which you can stop, do you eat take-outs, do you cook everything in butter and oil? If you think about it there will be things in your diet you can change. Eat 3 meals a day, biggest meal for breakfast, good size lunch and a small dinner. Eat lean meats, cut the fat off, add more veg to all your meals so you’ll need less meat and carbs.
You exercise a lot but that’s not enough, diet is major in this! Cut down, eat more healthy and drink 2-3 Ls of water a day!
Good luck!

It was so really hard for me to lose all that weight. I have tried so many products but they always left me disappointed. After I had my first child, it went down hill after that; I wasn’t to lose the weight I put on from maternity and I just started getting depressed. I was considering cosmetic but it was really expensive. A friend of mine told me about these diet products that she used on a daily basis, I thought for a moment god no, it’s another one of those, but she looked incredible. So I took her advice & started using them, have been using them for almost 1 and half weeks now. And I was shocked to see that I dropped 8 lbs. I couldnt see much weightloss the first week, but after that I began seeing constant weightloss. I’ve lost 20 lbs now. I have to tell ya, I feel incredible, and I’m sure my husband loves it. I trust my journey will get you motivated, now I just need to maintain the weight off and not fall back into one of those dreadful state again.
