It IS a fact that …
It IS a fact that insulin has EVERYTHING to do with storing fat. Over fat people have hyperinsulinism. This is due to eating too many carbs, too much refined carbs - read: high fructose corn syrup, and not getting enough exercise. This shuts down the body’s insulin receptors and leads to hyperinsulinism and too much stored fat. Incidentally, this is actually low-grade type II diabetes. You are not a diabetic yet, but you are not normal either. This is reversible, as is type 2 diabetes.

thats bs the zone …
thats bs the zone diet does not limit whole grain foods. and eating out is very simple. i have a book on it , it actually encourages 6 days following the zone and a cheat day where you can spoil yourself (as long as you dont go overboard)

This brain-dead moron is talking down to the fat, middle aged “sheeple” who still believe they need 2000 calories a day from carbs. News Flash! you aren’t a teenage athlete anymore. You are a fat middle-age slob on the verge of a dibetic meltdown. You aren’t running marathons. You don’t need to carb load.Just like everything else the governmnet touches, it F’d up the food pyramid in the 70s and the country has gotten fatter and fatter and less healthy every year since.
