I just viewed your video for the first time did the exercise and already i’m so full of energy my whole aura feels cleaner . i have to lose between 10-15 lbs by mid october for health reasons and i really feel that these exercises will help me achieve that goal as well as hlping my overall emotional state. Thank you for posting these in a easy to understand and follow video.

i did those excercices today again it was my 2nd time … i donnow can it help to lose weight but i really feelĨ better abd different after these excercices … i think ill try to excercise other excercices from this chanell , maybe set for begginners ….

i didnt sleep today …
i didnt sleep today again or slept little in hakf-sleep , but in afternoon i did these excercices first time anyway …
they r really good i feel really better after doing it … especially first excercise was good i was really feeling negative inetncity leaves my body …

I suggest to do alternate days. Do this set one day, and the next day do your current program.
This will work the body in a variety of ways, which is a good approach when it comes to fitness and weight loss.
