how to lose weight in my tummy and thighs?

By admin

im 13 and i realy hate my thighs most of all. my tummy is all right but its just my thighs that are so anoying to me. PLEASE HELP ME! me and my best friend are going to the beach and i want to look good with a bathing suit on !

unfortunately, it’s impossible to lose weight in a particular part of your body without surgery. also, since you’re very young, I wouldn’t suggest dieting to lose weight either (because it could seriously mess up your metabolism-that’s what burns calories that you’re eating).
What I would do is start eating healthier. Eat less junk food like chips, french fries, candy, fast food, etc (and don’t drink fizzy drinks because they can bloat you), and start eating more fruits and veggies instead. Try eating some berries with your cereal in the morning, switch to skim milk over milk with fat, snack on baby carrots and celery, and lastly, drink LOTS of water! At least 8 cups a day (and if you’re like me, I’ll drink more because my body will start to crave it). Don’t starve yourself because your body is still growing and it needs nutrients to function. Also, you can add a little exercise. Take a walk after school, dance around to music in your room, etc.
