A lot of people here seem to think that Yuri’s advice is a one-size-fits-all mandate. It isn’t. All any personal trainer can do is give flexible recommendations. If you want to lose body fat, it’s up to YOU to discover what works for you, both food-wise and exercise-wise. Some people will be able to get away with grains more than others and some may be even be able to do without grains if they find other sources of whole grain fiber and carbohydrates.

in my opinion your …
in my opinion your ab ripping should be done after you do a bodybuilding routine, its what contest bodybuilders do, they eat massive protein calories and get a little fat while bodybuilding and building muscle, then reduce them and do lots of cardio right before contest time to see thier abs.

@Nemes1sTKD in my opinion its not a good idea to completely cut anything out of your diet, i generaly lost alot of weight when i want to see my abs i do a cheat vegan diet. cutting and reducing my milk intake and diary greatly helped me out but when i want to bodybuild i drink milk and eat lots of meat/protein. if you notice asian and india people are very skinny and generaly eat vegatables and allow no milk.

Thanx for taking the time to do these kind of vids. All valued information, one thing when losing weight its hard to maintain high weights. how can i cheat this? would it be too much too soon or is that just the sacrifice. P.S have you ever thought about packing on the fat or muscle then losing it over a string of videos. just to show your step by step guide.

I’ve been eating a very healthy, organic, mostly raw vegan diet with less calories than a few years ago and I’m gaining weight! My metabolism has been completely sluggish (compared to eathing buffets and losing weight 10 years ago in high school). How do I just start my metabolism? I’ve tried the high calorie day and it’s not working.

He said to limit grains, if you tend to put on weight. The reason not to make grains the bulk of your diet, if your a vegan is, they are more easily converted to sugar than vegetables and legumes, If you eat a diet high in processed carbohydrates, even as a vegan, you can become over weight, obese and diabetic.

Hey ive played soccer for 8 years and due to an injury i haven’t played for 3 years and i gained some weight i have tried running but i quickly get tired and Very Dizzy i want to start off small but really dont know what to do any advice?

I’ve been following …
I’ve been following this advice for the last two months and I am down 25lbs. I have more to go but thanks for the awesome advice!!!! I would like to enlist in the Marine Corps so I am super motivated. Your advice has changed my thinking to that of an “athletic soldier” from a fat guy desperate to lose weight. I still have more weight to go so I’ll keep watching.
