How long would it take to lose weight?
ByIm 15 and weigh 220 lbs. A little bit before Christmas, I joined a martial arts school and the master gave me a diet plan. I’ve been following it and I seem to be losing very little to no weight. Is there anything I can do?
regardless of worries about weight stick with the martial arts!!! the best weightloss plan is a slow and steady one. count calories for a few days you may be suprised at how fast it adds up. make sure you eat at least 1200 calories regardless of the diet

keep at it, it’s good to lose it slowly you’ll find it harder to put it back on.

Well, not knowing anything about the "diet plan" that "the master" gave you, it’s hard to give any advice!
I would suggest talking to the master, and possibly to your own doctor, who may have a weight loss diet he would recommend.
Make sure you are drinking LOTS of water, at least half a gallon a day, as it seems to be key to any weight loss plan I’ve ver seen.

Running is a great way to lose weight don’t do anything like not eating and eat healthier and exercise that’s all it may take a little time but don’t worry it will happen

first off, SERIOUSLY theee most important you have to want it more than u want bad food. i weighed 195lb and in two months i lost 33lbs. all i did was had a set schedule everyday of when i ate (2, 3 hours apart, and never ate after 7pm) i had 4 small portioned meal/snacks.. i went extremely healthy with the food too. only fruits, veggies, wheat toast, chicken and sometimes those lean cuisine or smart one frozen meals. i just kept telling myself (whenever i had a craving for bad food) that its just a taste, and reminded myself i didn’t want to gain weight just for a taste. and it became easier and easier.
also i didn’t drink anything but LOTS of water and sometimes reduced fat milk.
