How can i lose weight before August 23rd?

This is what I do to lose weight effectively, SAFELY, stay perfectly heathy, and get sexily toned up
The truth is that you don’t lose ab fat by doing ab workouts.
Run about 4-5 miles ![]()
If you want to run to lose weight, you’re not going to get it off by running once a week. It’s best to get some activity every day but, if that’s not possible, try to shoot for at least 4-5 TIMES PER WEEK.
Did you know, as one of the most vigorous exercises out there, running is an extremely efficient way to burn calories and drop pounds. A 150-pound person will burn approximately 100 calories per mile when running. Running/Jogging is the best exercise because it makes you move more, gets your heart to pump higher, which makes you sweat more and that’s how you know you’re doing a succesful job and burning calories.
Make sure you have the right shoes. Spikes or Reebok RunTone running shoes should help (:
I got mine a month ago and since I had them, I’ve been running 5 miles everyday and so far these are my results:
- Lost about 10 pounds of fat. (I can practically see my abs)
- I feel stronger
- I’m a lot less tired in the morning.
- I love my muscled legs right now. Well, they we’re already muscled since I’m naturally really big-boned but now they’re more muscled. So, running helps alot
- Gained 13 pounds of muscle (This is different for everyone depending on the type of body you have. I’m really big-boned, I have a body that’s 72% muscle and I’m a mesomorph and a endomorph)
Once you are done running, sit down, and do 30 crunches. Make sure they are CRUNCHES and not SIT UPS! With sit ups, your lower back comes off the floor and you go up into a sitting position, and your butt is the axis point. With crunches, your lower back stays on the floor.
Also, you can eat almost anything as long as it’s not too fattening.
I eat a huge bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in the morning and about 2 hours before I go to sleep.
During the day I just eat a regular meal. Then go jogging for 30 minutes.
Also try eating every three hours. When you learn to eat every 3 hours, you’ll gain control over your blood sugar, which will help you put control of your appetite. When you control your appetite, you control your weight. When you control your weight, you’ll feel so much more energized and confident. Your self-esteem will go through the roof. You’ll enjoy looking at yourself in the mirror and appreciating all the hard work you’ve done. You’ll feel so good about yourself so healthy and fit, that nothing will stand in your way.
This is my diet:
Meal 1 @ 8 am : Breakfast (400 calories of balanced nutrients) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 2 @ 11 pm: Snack (100 calories) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 3 @ 2 pm: Lunch (400 calories of balanced nutrients) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 4 @ 5 pm: Snack (100 calories) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 5 @ 8 pm: Dinner (400 calories of balanced nutrients) + A GLASS OF WATER
Meal 6 @ 9 pm: Treat (60 calories) + A GLASS OF WATER
Eat a BUNCH of vegetables and fruits, avoid all cokes, caffeine’s, smoking, alcohol etc. AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is very bad for overall health.
If you do this every day for one month, you should lose around 10 pounds per month until you get to your natural healthy weight. Look up on the net for an idea of what your weight for your height should be. When you get to this weight, your body will look very nice and you’ll feel very good. Drink a lot of water as you can see in my diet. Adequate water is important for well being, and an excellent lots of people simply do not get adequate. What’s much more, if you are chronically dehydrated, your body will retain water in unflattering areas, so should you make sure to get plenty of fluids you are able to begin visibly trimming down in as little as a day. Remember, the much more you exercise, the a lot more drinking water you’ll need.
Extra Tip: Try drinking at least a glass of Green Tea everyday. It’s filled with antioxidants which helps use energy faster and burn calories twice as fast.

Eat well, Eat vegetables and protiens. Lift weights.
Dont use the lifts. take the staircase as much as possible.

drink lots of water, work out alot, and only eat green vegetables, berries/melon, and lean protein (eggs/chicken). Limit fat to like 20 grams a day and NO bread, sugar, pasta, potatoes, corn, or rice. BTW u can eat till ur full on items i suggested, no need to count the calories, ur body will naturally tell u when to stop eating these things.

If you want to lose 5 lbs in 3 days: Eat for breakfast, 8 oz. cottage cheese with peaches or pears. One piece of dry toast. coffee or tea black and unsweetened.
Lunch 8 oz cottage cheese w/ peaches or pears. Water to drink
Dinner 8 oz cottage cheese w/ peaches or pears. Water to drink.

This was a published plan in 1955. I was in the dairy business then and our cottage cheese sales skyrocketed. I tried it and it works.

If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you’ll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).
Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don’t think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life.
