How can I change my diet to lose weight?
ByThis is my usual diet.
BREAKFAST
toast with some philadelphia spread (the kind with 60% less fat)
SNACK
A piece of fruit
LUNCH
Usually whatever my mum makes. Usually things like maccaroni, spaghetti, mashed potatoes…etc…
DINNER
A MILKSHAKE (banana and milk) One glass.
Breakfast you use oats meal is very good.
Recently, I have decided to lose my weight.So I ask question then I have learnt a lot from google and yahoo answers.Now I used to see the questions under this category.Most of the questions asked by teenagers 17,18 and they want to lose their weight 50 Ibs in two months or three months and they knew it is not healthy.I pity for them.Everyone wants to lose weight suddenly,but is not a magic.Our mind and body have to cooperate.Previously, I lose my weight 4kg in 6 months.That time I had a motivation from a TV programme that a girl lose 10 kg in one year time.She said first few months she didn’t see any weight loss.Later on she had a lot of weight loss in following months.So I had impressed by her and I read a lot of books then I follow the instructions.Then I had succeeded.I hope following tips are very helpful.
Action ———– Benifit
1) You paste a photograph of your slim body and evrery day you see the photograph and promise I’ll be come back like this.———You’ll get confident that you can reduce your weight.
2) Start everyday 30 mins brisk walking /jogging/running and before and after brisk walking/jogging/running you have to do warm up exercises.So that you couldn’t hurt your body —- its makes you feel happy, confident,and active througout the day and its help to burn more fat that you eat whole day.
3) a) Drink more water in the empty stomach.
b) Drink 1 tablespoon honey with same amount of water.
—– honey has nutrients that burn fat
5) Create a table of food names and calories that you take often.
4) Consume food calories between 1200 and 1500 —- it makes you to avoid fastt food and sugary food
5) Write food diary —– it makes you to control the food
6) Create a table for exercises then check it every day.—— its motivates to do more
7) Consume more fiber food (oats, whole meal food, mushroom,vegtables,fruits) that you can search in the web.———–Fiber foods digest slowly and you don’t feel hungry.

9) You cut your food carb upto 50 %. Don’t skip any meal or whole —– its affected your health
10) Avoid drink tea or coffee.It has cafin that affect the digestion of our food.Green tea is very good.
11) Change your lifestyle for life.
12) Do it happily.
13) You can do meditation ( you can find movie clip how to do meditation in youtube)
——- its active your all cells.
14) You can do yoga ( you can find movie clip how to do yoga in youtube) —-its fit your body and
cure diseases.
15)You want particular exercises like reduce belly fat you can find in youtube

limit carbs like spagetti
limit bread thats a major weight gainer
also eat slower and work out more

You should try and vary your diet more. Drinking a milkshake for dinner doesn’t provide you with very many nutrients, just lots of extra calories. Also with your breakfast, you should try and add in some food with a higher fiber content. This will keep you fuller for a longer period of time. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to incorporate more fruits and vegetables(high in fiber which will fill you up without packing on a lot of calories), not too mention the numerous nutrients you will be receiving from them. In addition, if you really want to lose weight you should accompany your diet change with an exercise regimen. It is recommended that the average joe should get around 2.5 hours of exercise each week. So if you incorporated some jogging, weight training, yoga, biking, swimming, or any other form of exercise that might interest you into your lifestyle you will see a greater change in your weight than if you only change your diet.

Breakfast: Carbs leave you feeling hungry. Try an egg (or egg whites) instead. Or a healthy cereal
Lunch: You mentioned a lot of carbs and starches, which are things to be avoided. Try some things like fruit, pretzels, salad, other raw veggies, sandwich with lean meats like turkey.
Dinner: Milk is very high in fat and while bananas are good for you, they are high in fat too. I would recommend grilled chicken, fish, or pork with some kind of veggie (broccoli, asparagus, salad, squash, cauliflower, whatever) and some kind of starch or carb like a dinner roll or potato or a side of pasta.
Grilled chicken/fish and raw fruits and veggies are great for losing weight, but it can get a little repetitive.

breakfast should be biggest meal of day…
look for 35 calorie honey wheat bread at walmart
macaroni spegtti will not cut it trust me.
cook for yourself some grilled chicken or lean beef.
or eat what they give u less tho like for instances less noodles
overal milk has fat grams and saturated fat
the only way to trually loose weight is to use the calorie intake calculator
and minus five hundred from waht is needed and u will loose a pound a week
