Best things you can do when it is cold outside is:
carb yourself up with fruit–>means eating as much fruit as you can
exercise
You don’t need any toxic cooked food to keep yourself warm;)

Man makes me wish I wasn’t in Texas were it fills like spring right now. But I like cinnamon tea also cook rice with a cinnamon stick in it then add vanilla almond milk to my bowl of cinnamon rice perfect for alittle sweet worm snack

Yes! I love ginger …
I do as you do, but I add a cinnamon stick and a couple of cloves. The cinnamon provides the right sweetness I need. Besides that, hot shower and clean socks, when I don’t have the time, just changing my socks for clean ones do the trick. I have very cool extremities.

It is the Vata Body that is always cold according to Ayurveda! Welcome to the club! I also constantly drink ginger tea. Cayenne pepper is another great spice to heat up the body!
Sauna has also helped me tremendously to improve my blood circulation, especially in a cold country like Germany I was always suffering due to cold.

Even if it’s a nutrient that they tell you you need to get from meat, there are usually vegan options.
@heiyin70 it could be a lot of different things - nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, stress… I’d suggest going to see a naturopathic doctor to look at what the underlying cause might be. If someone tells you it’s just because of a vegan diet, don’t worry - there are plenty of healthy vegans with healthy hair
