@JDCav24 I love this way of thinking. I listen to my body. Sometimes after harder workouts my body will crave more meat than I’d normally have for a serving or more carbs…I just take it as my body telling me what it needs, and respond accordingly. Lots of success this way! 52 LBS down.

My friend, I love your workouts but a nutritionist youre not…. come on frozen vegtables heated in the microwave…. wtf. Do you not have fresh veg in America?
I takes around 5 mins to steam fresh veg which keeps the nutrients and is much more benificial or the body.
