Dan, I just made …
Dan, I just made one of the most amazing salads ever! Try this sometime: raw (duh) mustard green lettuce, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, avocado, and red bell pepper! Thats it!
The flavors are amazing! One bite has the creamy buttery nutty taste of the avocado, the sweetness of the grape tomato, the bitterness from the mustard greens, the salty bite of the olive and the sweet/spicy red bell pepper!
It is really amazing!

@Nubster12 Maybe …
@Nubster12 Maybe you could afford it, if you grew your own greens and tomatoes. It is cheaper than buying in stores. You can find info on how to do this right here on youtube. Heck, some will even grow indoors. Give it a try, and good luck.

@youngstar898 They …
@youngstar898 They have to start out as raw seeds….never cooked in any form. I think you soak them overnight and get them crunchy again by dehydrating. If they are roasted it’s considered dead food. It’s been raised over 110 degrees.
