I did not say white … I did not say white rice is bad. You are not fat probably because of genetic reasons and I can bet you don’t eat 6 servings of white rice day. You probably also don’t eat probably more than a bowl in a serving. I know people from South India who does it white rice products and they are fat in the belly. Just do some research on glycemic load. Whole grains such as brown rice, whole wheat and oat are way to go.

white rice is not bad. as an asian person, i eat it everyday, and this is not what can make you fat. eating white rice is better that eating pasta.
the foods that … the foods that really increases your weight are white rice, white flour and corn as we eat them in bulk and they have high glycemic load. Eating fat does not necessarily make you fat even though its not healthy. The calories from white rice, flour are much more easily absorbed.
yeah she did avoid … yeah she did avoid the egg didnt she. i have lose 15 pounds by eating really smaall meals i eat two boiled eggs for break fast at least 3 times a week and rice chex with lactaid whole milk the rest of the time
All of those things … All of those things she’s pointed out are not bad within reason. Not only that, I LOVE whole milk. I can’t stand 1% milk. It tastes more like water than milk. Yuch! I wouldn’t even put it in my coffee! The only time I would use half & half or whipping cream would be for my coffee and nothing else. Whole milk I put in my high fiber and will drink a glass of it perhaps 3 to 4 times a week.
Eggs are animal … Eggs are animal protein which has been shown to have such a strong link to cancer, scientists can now use animal protein as a SWITCH to turn on and off cancerous tumor growth!!

I wish that would … I wish that would be the case. We would have to sacrifice our own body (individual) and the health of our children, and their children, and their children for thousands and thousands of years for us to alter evolution. Neolithic period was long but did not change the Paleolithic blueprint of man.
It was architecture … It was architecture that gave us a ton. Modern AGRA needs you to eat corn, wheat, and other grains. It is no wonder that nearly all food has it in its derivatives form. (oils, flours, etc)
Skinned meat is not the “processed” that is referred to when that word is used. It is what’s not found in nature and has to be created by man. Sliced meat is prepared. Oreo cookies are processed.
