is this good for reasonably fast weight loss?
Byexercise 1-2 hours of cardio per day
breakfast-fruit or bran flakes and skimmed milk
lunch-homemade veg soup and fruit
dinner-fish and vegetables,fruit
no caffeine, sugar, white carbs, preservatives, additives or alchohol
opinions? how fast and how much will i lose?
im 5′5 around 130 at the moment..my goal is 112

well since you’re already so fat for your height…. i’d say make it 3 hours cardio!

ummm i think you would lose too much. I am 5′1 and 125 pounds. your far from fat. i dont think you need to lose weight maybe get in shape. but i dont know you to say you need that. but i think 112 pounds is way too small

honestly
your weight is fine for your height
and eating nothing but fruits and soup and the only meaty thing is fish LOL…. well… i know you will lose a lot of weight
but how old are you?
if you are younger than 18, then dont do this, your body needs growth
but if you are older than 18, go for it, although id ont see why considering that your weight is perfectly ideal for your height =)
