ok so if you gained as much muscle mass as you want and don’t want to get any bigger can you switch from high weight low rep to low weight high rep so you can just get that muscle mass you have more defined? I reached my mass level I want to be at and don’t want to get any bigger..

@bleujae1, well im not an avide weight lifter yet.. but work a muscle group med. to hard(arms/ chest), (shoulders /back) with roughly 2 days rest between each group… Are you using any creatine or protein? those also help with growing muscle back and healing muscles. Havnt truely started weight lifting yet but when i do i’m pretty sure i’m goin to buy M.A.S.S. project CX5. like creatine but builds resistance to creatinine process.
