What is the best diet pill out there that targets belly fat ?
BySo far this summer I have lost over 30 pounds and yet i still have some ways to go before I get where i want to be. My stomach and waist haven’t really shrunk. Any tips you got but more specifically a diet pill that targets belly. Thanks again for al your help

To your question, i’ve not a clue. Hear laxatives work though, or you could just eat tons of prunes.

That is like the hardest fat to get rid of. You need to do a lot of aerobic type exercises. Really get your heart pumping to burn the fat. Sounds like your doing fine without pills. They are expensive and the results from using them are questionable.

i read questions like this all the time
there is no diet pill that targets any part of your body.
it’s work out or get a tummy tuck.
diet pills are for lazy people.

Instead of using a diet pill you should try Detoxing or Colon cleanse. They are both an effective way to lose that mid section. Go to Dherbs.com and look up Full Body Detox or The 10 Day Coon Cleanse. They are both great products that help you with that problem, check it out.

There aren’t any.
First of all you can’t tell your body where to loose it from. Plus, if you are thinking it… there are no exercises that target that area for you to loose belly fat.
Exercise and understand that you have to put some harder work into it now. You’ve gotten your results pretty quick as well, so I would strongly suggest you do a body fat test and see just how much lean body mass you lost in the process.
Resistance training should be just as important as cardio to you right now. Record what food you eat and how much. Get yourself a calorie counter such as heart rate monitor (not as accurate but better than nothing) or a body bug etc…
P.S. There aren’t any cleansing products that work PERIOD. Your body cleanses itself regularly, its designed that way. Don’t waste your money on any cleansing products. Exercise, eat well and you will get there.
