What is the best diet pill or quick weight lose pill around?

What diet pill or fast weight lose pill works the best. I have tried hydroxycut hardcore but I have not seen any results lately. I work out at least three to four times a week. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no such thing as a quick fix. You need to look at what your eating habits are. Do you get enough protein and stuff like that. Trust me it takes a long time to see results. You have to work hard and stay committed. Be patient. There are no magic pills that will make you lose weight in a day a month or even two months. You have to stick with working out and eating right. It can seem useless when you don't see results but you will in time.

hi there j.c. i think there's no quick way to lose wait but base on my experience, i personally recommend CREVAX because there's no need for you to do any diet plan and there's no need for you to work out, and the good thing is it's all natural, it works for me and i hope it will works for you too, but you should check it first.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Eat smaller portions about 6-8 times a day. Do not eat large portions or have only 1-2 meals a day as your body feels it is starving.
get your drink…lots of Water.
Cut out any "processed" foods as they have extra fats for shelf life and to taste better.
Stick with fresh veggies…no starchy veggies like corn, carrots, potatoes.
Have lots of protein..no Bbq, sauces, etc. Plain, grilled meats. No red meat like beef unless it is very lean.
Stay away from restaurants unless you can absolutely guarantee that they do not cook with beef fats, butter or some sort of high density packaged lard.
Do not weight yourself every day.only twice a week.
Weight yourself the same time every time you do, and on the same scale.
It is better to take measurements of your waist, hips, thighs, upper arms and breasts and watch things firm up than to aim for a number on a scale.
Do not let anyone tempt you…if they try they are not your friend!
You can probably lose 5-10 lbs or more the first week and 2-3 lbs the following weeks but you will see your inches go down dramatically after a few weeks of walking and drinking water.
