What diet pill works very quickly with just running?

I do NOT advise diet pills as you should lose the weight naturally and with what is best for your body. I would suggest getting talking to a certified nutritionist/dietitian so that you can find the best plan that fits you. BUT I know that doing bursts of speed to supplement your runs, i.e. doing 10 reps of 100 yards/meters at 90-100% speed, will help some. For example, my schedule/routine consists of the following:

1. Running 4-5 times a week with a minimum of 1.5 miles and running at good pace.
2. After each run, I run a hill that’s a half of a mile at 70-80% of my full or sprinting speed.
3. Stretching for a good 10-20 minutes before and after each run.
4. Cutting out all soda, manufactured sugars, increasing daily intake of fruits, carbs, proteins, and water.

Though I would assume it’s hard taking advice from someone like myself, who is 5′6" and 130lbs., I feel that if you take care of your stomach (what you eat basically) and your body, it will take care of you. Thus, if you want to lose weight, it will be better to use the simple inverse relationship of eating a little less and running a tiny bit more.
