Serious answer. DON’T DO IT. It is not worth it. My daughter is anorexic because she stopped eating. She now can not start eating again! She has been to the Emergency room more times than I can count. She has had to have IV’s on a regular basis to rehydrate because her body won’t hold fluids. She currently has the shingles because her immune system is so weak. Her friend got the chicken pox and she had already had them, but because her immune system is so bad, she now has the shingles.
She is not allowed to exercise at all because she could go into a coma and die. She bruises easily and looks like death. If she can not get herself back to eating more normally, she will die. Quitting eating messes with your brain and eventually you will not be able to control it. It will control you! Her body is shutting down and she is dying. Don’t do this to yourself.

Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there’s only one solution for all of these problems is because it’s impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.
When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.
The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs. if you keep that up you can loose more than just 6 pounds. just make sure you add alot of fruits in your diet and veggies

I know there’s really no "fast" way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always drink water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every night. Any other important tips and exercises I can do for great results? Oh and I want to lose fat on my stomach, hips, and I want to tone my legs.

you should eat at least 3-4 healthy meals a day.
drink a lot of water, it flushes you out. also, if you think you’re hungry even right after you’ve just eaten, it is because you’re thirsty.
eat regularly. don’t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you’ll gain everything back, trust me.
eat lots of fruits and veggies.if you want to eat bread, make sure it’s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening.
if you’re not a vegetarian, you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. to know how much meat you should eat in a day, make your hand into a fist. the size of the back of your hand is how much meat you should eat in a day. eggs are also a good food when trying to lose weight.
skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, fried foods, ice cream, cake, and cookies. if you want something sweet, like for dessert, try berries, raisins or another type of dried fruit. if that doesn’t quench your sweet tooth, try Weight Watchers or Smart Ones desserts.
if you feel hungry, but don’t want to over eat, chew gum. it’ll keep your mouth busy until it’s time to eat again.
cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out A LOT!
also, it’s very important to keep a food journal. you write down what you eat that day, and see how much you’re REALLY eating. and if you go out of line, you can catch it before you make the same mistake the next day.
and don’t forget to exercise! try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, hula hooping, crunches and/or sit-ups, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 30 minutes a day, and as the weeks go by, build up your time by about 10 minutes each week.
