I am going to guess you are doing bicep curls. I am going to go ahead and say infinite. Since you are working out a tiny muscle group with a tiny weight.

Posted by: | CommentsI am a female, 5′6 and I weigh 145 lbs. I eat roughly 1500 calories a day. I have been burning 600-700 calories a day. Is that enough to lose weight? I want to lose about 20 pounds. How many calories do I need to burn to lose weight as fast as I can. I know I cant lose too much weight too fast, I mean I want to burn as much as I can, as fast as I can. Thanks.
600-700 a day?! Whoa! That’s intense (at least for me).
To answer your question: 1lb = 3,500 calories. So in order to burn 1lb a week, you’d need to burn 3,500 calories a week (500 a day). Clearly, you’re already doing that. But it’s also important to remember that you’re burning calories just by existing and doing normal things. If you’re in college or in you’re average day you’re walking short distances frequently to and from somewhere, or you have a job where you’re often on your feet, you’re probably burning around 1900 calories. So for you, your calorie consumption/burn looks something like this. Eat 1500 a day, burn 1900 existing, then an extra 600 with exercise I assume. 1900 + 600 = 2,500; 2,500 - 1500 = 1,000. Your calorie deficit is 1,000, which means at the end of the day after eating and existing and exercising, you’ve burned 1,000 calories.
Like I said, to lose 1lb a week, you’d need to burn 500 a day, and you’re burning 1,000 so you’d be losing rate at around 2lbs a week, which is pretty safe. Good for you! Just remember to not burn yourself out and listen to your body. Don’t overexert and end up going backwards. Your body refuses to starve and will stubbornly cling if you go overboard.

Clearing Confusion: how to lose weight fast

A lot of people have been commenting my “how to lose weight fast” video saying it’s fake and its not really me. Since you can’t see my tattoos in every picture, and I’m tan and the end… and since the end is live footage and not pictures like the beginning.
Like I mentioned I had just got my computer and just started my channel I didn’t think anyone would actually gravitate towards my video thats why I was so short and non specific. I was just playing around with the voice over, and adding pictures and video together.
Had I taken those pictures in mind that people would see I would probably have taken full body before and after with my face included. Or I would have started my “slim down Series” then and shown my progress along the way. But by the time my channel was created I had already had my results and thankful that I have pictures to prove it.
Thank you so much to the people who give such wonderful inspiring comments and share their experiences with weight loss and those who tell me I motivate them to start getting fit and healthy it really means a lot. and I wish you all nothing but the best. Even those who are still unsure.. theres not much I can do but this video here with more pictures different locations, outfits, hair styles, some with glasses some without.

Posted by: | CommentsIm 15 and weigh 220 lbs. A little bit before Christmas, I joined a martial arts school and the master gave me a diet plan. I’ve been following it and I seem to be losing very little to no weight. Is there anything I can do?
regardless of worries about weight stick with the martial arts!!! the best weightloss plan is a slow and steady one. count calories for a few days you may be suprised at how fast it adds up. make sure you eat at least 1200 calories regardless of the diet

Posted by: | CommentsI’m on a diet, I currently weight 182lbs wants to lose at least 20 aswell as healthy eating how long do I run for each day
Build it up, go for a run, no route but clock the distance, see how you feel and build from there, you’ll feel the benefits rather quickly. I wouldnt run everyday to start as you could risk injury, mix your route up so you dont get bored and keep a hydrated and have a healthy diet!
