Do you get much exercise?
As a teen you need to make sure you eat enough fat to keep your brain healthy.
I would recommend high protein, low carb and make sure you eat wheat products so you dont get ’stopped up’ in the bowels.
Im 5′9", I maintain a 140lb weight. Im average build and wear a size 4 long misses. This is healthy to me. I was 135lbs at my smallest and felt a bit too skinny. I have been 178lbs before the low carb diet and walking routing and that was too heavy.
